BRRRR! Baby, it’s cold outside! ‘Hope everyone is staying warm & snuggly inside, because it is bitter out there ! Here's a lovely little box that was originally intended to be a candy box, but then I thought, how cute would this be as a post-it note holder for my desk? I used the Stampin’ Up Top Note Die – one of my personal favorites, for the top and bottom pieces, then attached them to a box. I wanted to put a ribbon around the outside of the box, but realized I had no ribbon to match. So, I got creative: I cut a strip of pink cardstock, and ran it through my paper crimper – presto! The perfect “ribbon” to wrap around the outside of my box. I had a bunch of scrap paper, which I recycled by cutting down to the size of a post-it note… then I went over the top & stamped a few of the top sheets (he-he! I just had to complete the look!)
